DAVID A. ROBERTSON

Join award-winning author David A. Robertson for a conversation of honesty, humour, and hope inspired by his book, All the Little Monsters – How I Learned to Live with Anxiety.
From the outside, David’s life looks like a success story: bestselling books, a loving family, and a powerful voice for Indigenous communities. But behind the scenes, he battles “little monsters”—chronic anxiety, panic attacks, and depression that can make even getting out of bed feel impossible.
In this heartfelt and often funny way, David will share what it’s really like to live with mental health challenges, the tools that help him keep going (therapy, medication, community, and the radical question: What if everything will be okay?), and why wellness isn’t about being “cured.”
